Exploring Murwillumbah

Three night at the showgrounds, an excellent camp. Explored Mt Warning area and rode 22k out and back along the rail trail, unable to go further due to my very sore back. Many pictographs today.

Wondai to Murwillambah

This is as much of this trip as I have planned. The first night out was cool and pleasant and the pub meal was at the bottom end of ordinary. Today was a fairly long drive to Murwillambah, which is currently very green and lush, these pics will be in the next entry.

To increase my level of enjoyment I have had to apply Efudex to my whole head, which has been stinging like a bitch.

I recently backed out of the garage straight into the side of the caravan, making a hole right through the wall.

These things are now all behind me and I am ready to set off later today, (January 29th) caravan maintenance has been completed, including a nice new awning. Erin will be coming to take charge of Rocko later today, I will then immediately head off.

My handsome 'Efudex" look, which has now stated peeling, so I look even better.

Mount Isa to Longreach to Home

From Longreach it felt like I was almost home. I once again had a look at the newly refurbished stockmans hall of fame and watched the stoc...
