I had thoughts of going to the Western plains zoo, but a constant stream of storms and heavy rain changed my mind and I chose instead to go to the Wellington caves. I thought I had never been there, but on arrival remembered that we were here 3 years ago, but I did the tour anyway since I was there. On the way back to Dubbo I detoured via Burrendong dam, a total & utter disappointment on all levels, but at least the weather finally fined up.
